There are lots of ways that you can create and use wedding church pew decorations to transform those plain wooden benches into a beautiful wedding aisle that any bride would be proud to walk down.
Depending on your theme and/or budget, you can choose to be as simplistic or as elaborate as you wish just by using tulle and/or ribbon church pew bows, pretty flowers, swags of tulle and other materials.
To help you find a decorating style that suits your wedding plans and budget, take a look at the pictures and suggestions below.

Lilies are one of the top flowers chosen for weddings and this lovely flower pew decoration is no exception.
Two lilies, one yellow and one orange, are arranged in small bouquets with varying types of small complimentary flowers positioned behind the flowers.
Tied with a compination of brown, ivory and green ribbon, this is a delicate, yet easy pew marker to create yourself.
This would work with most large flowers, but keep the shades in the same color family. For example, yellow and a light to medium orange as shown here, or a deep pink and a pale pink, dark blue and light blue, etc. This is what makes this pew decoration lovely, yet subtle.

If you're going for a dramatic look for your ceremony decor then decorating the church aisle as shown will definitely make an impact. Elaborate and stunning, the wedding church pew decorations shown here are a perfect choice for a Cinderella-style fairytale wedding.
A royal blue aisle runner leads the eye to the altar at the front of the temple, while pools of sheer fabric line the aisle on either side. Using a royal blue fabric to swag between the pews creates a gorgeous contrast to the white.
Finally, columns also draped in sheer material hold beautiful arrangements of cala lilies and green ferns.
This type of decoration style is best suited for bold colors, as shown in the picture. Some other color combos to consider: white with emerald green, ivory and a deep burgundy (perfect choice for a Christmas wedding), white and deep purple, and most certainly, a white and black themed wedding.

When decorating church pews for weddings, sometimes simple and sweet is the answer.
This photo shows a lovely satin bow with long tails that is enhanced by a tulle bow behind it. A rose made from ribbon adds a nice touch to the front of the pew decoration.
To change this up to suit your colors, use a different color of ribbon for the main bow, or leave everything white and add a colorful flower to the front. You could also use tulle to match the color of the flower.

The top is then accented with pink tulle pew bows, small white silk flowers and a lovely paper wedding bell.
The reflection from the highly polished church floors really enhances the decor, which looks superb!
