Ready to check out some beautiful pink wedding cake photos and get some great ideas that you can use at your own reception? Excellent!
From small to grand and elaborate, the pink cakes shown below will easily become the best "centerpiece" at your reception. Just have a look...

What an adorable small wedding cake for a pink and brown theme.
The chocolate icing wafers lining the cake look delicious and the pink ribbon bands really set off the dark brown color.
Captivating pink roses are the final decorative touch to this tasteful creation.
This would be a lovely choice for a small, intimate wedding.
If desired, substitute any type of pink flower in place of the roses. In particular, amaryllis, calla lilies, asters, gardenias and camellias would look stunning on here as well.

Three double-layered cakes are arranged on separate cake stands of varying heights. This is a simple design, easy for those of you who wish to make your own wedding cake.
Frosted in white icing, the sides are draped in pale pink swags and the edges are finished with iced beading.
The top of the cake is decorated with two single sugar-formed calla lilies on one side and a "bouquet" of calla lilies and other flowers artfully positioned on the other.

Stately is what comes to mind when I look at this cake picture.
Two tiers of three layers, with each layer covered in a dual-toned peachy-pink smooth fondant. If you look closely, you can see that the bottom layer has a ring of icing hearts surrounding the edge. (Solid hearts are right-side up; hollow heart outlines are upside down - very original!)
Silver candied beads trim the edges where the two colors meet. A cascade of peachy-pink flowers flows down one side of both sections of the cake (look to the far right of the cake - unfortunately, you can't see the flowers very well in this photo).
Overall, the entire design is simple in terms of decorations, yet very stylish and dignified.

Here's your classic three tiered white cake, with each layer having a scalloped edged trim in white icing.
What's nice about this very basic cake design is that you have an open pallet to decorate your cake anyway you want.
Like in this photo, the simple sheer pink ribbon winds around the cake and the small, lovely floral cake topper creates a very charming effect.
You could easily add some pizzazz to this wedding cake by using dark pink tinted icing along the edges and cascading some flowers down one side.
Another suggestion would be to wrap the base of each tier in a dark pink ribbon (in place of the draped loose ribbon) and scatter flower petals (either real or hand rolled sugar dough petals) on each tier.

Pink theme... or a butterfly themed wedding or perhaps a gerbera daisy theme... the choice is yours with this lovely pink wedding cake design.
Like the peachy-pink cake shown above, this four-layered cake is also done in a duo-tone of colored fondant, the upper portion being white and the lower portion being a bright pink. Decorative silver candy beads accent each layer.
Picks of pink butterflies are arranged around the cake as if they are fluttering around the pink gerbera daisies and white hydrangeas.

Seven tiers and a fountain make up this elaborate pink wedding cake!
This reminds me of the types of cakes that were displayed at receptions 25 - 30 - 50 years ago.
Opulent and grand, this is definitely something you would choose for a very large wedding reception.
The display is simply gorgeous with the beautiful combination of delicate pink flowers nestled in dark greenery, the simple pink icing adorning each cake, and the intricate stairs bridging the tiers.
The final touch of the fountain sparkling underneath really presents an attractive focal point for the guests.
