Blue themes have grown in popularity in the last few years, especially tiffany blue weddings! Other choices for a blue color scheme are: silver, navy, and royal blues too.
Color combinations that work very well with blue are yellow, orange, purple, white, black and brown, so you're not limited to using a monochromatic scheme, although this can be stunning in its own right.
Have a look at some of photos that I've collected to help you with your blue wedding theme decorating ideas.

Rather than using pew markers to line the aisle at this outdoor wedding, the couple have elected to erect several white and blue decorated wedding arches.
A very nice touch is the fern enhanced arch situated at the end of the aisle in behind the ceremony altar/table.
This is a nice, yet simple arrangement that could be used not only for an outdoor wedding, as shown here, but also for an indoor wedding ceremony being held in a non-traditional venue, such as a country club or Inn, hotel ballroom, etc.

This is an opulent setup for a royal blue wedding theme.
The contrasting white and blue really makes the whole decorating scheme pop. This would also require a lot of fabric, as you need to line both sides of the aisle and allow for pools of white fabric along the floor to grace the royal blue aisle runner.
Columns have also been set up to hold arrangements of white calla lilies and greenery. These columns have also been draped with the sheer fabric. Additionally, royal blue lengths of fabric have then been swagged between pews to balance the blue of the runner, drawing the eyes upward.
If you have the budget to afford to decorate your ceremony aisles in this way, definitely consider it. It's a captivating runway for a fairy-tale/Cinderella wedding.

A color choice that's fast becoming a classic, the tiffany blue wedding has been all the rage lately.
The best thing about this particular color of blue is that it pairs so well with brown, peach and orange, so you could use it with either a summer or fall wedding theme and it would look awesome.
Consider this picture. The brownish-orange leaf and candle centerpiece is very picturesque against the tiffany blue of the tablecloth.
So... is this a summer wedding or a fall one? Hard to say, but it is lovely all the same.

Here's another great example of how tiffany blue blends so well with coordinating colors, such as the purple floral centerpiece shown here.
Clearly a summer wedding, the light blue tablecloth is set with white dishes and white napkins - keeping the whole effect low-keyed.
The splash of color comes from the beautifully full and simple floral arrangement in clear glass vases. Simple and elegant.

This is a unique and stylish blending of blue, purple, and green colors for the tables of an outdoor wedding reception.
Rather than a typical long table runner running lengthwise down the table, this couple used short multi-colored runners and had them draped across the width of the table at intervals to serve as dual seating arrangements.
Tall, clear vases hold a spray of wild flowers in complimentary colors and are placed between each setting. White plates hold alternating blue and green napkins, while green and blue votive candle holders finish off the display.
The entire decorating scheme is very attractive and chic.

Here is another interesting color combination for a blue weddings table decor.
An aqua blue is used for the table cover, while a darker blue fabric band is used to decorate the covered reception chairs.
On the table, alternating dark blue and red favor bags add a nice touch to the decor while the simple floral centerpiece adds an additional touch of color that is very tasteful.
You could easily substitute the dark blue and red with another color of your choice. For instance, black would create a stunning contrast to this blue color... or try a navy blue table cover with beautiful yellow accents.
